This policy explains what personal data Flocess ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use flocess.io, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. Flocess is the data controller for the information described here.
Flocess is an automation studio based in London, UK. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@flocess.io.
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, email, company name | When you submit a process through the website | To reply to you with a plan and a price |
| The process description and details you provide | When you submit a process | To assess whether we can automate it and how |
| Analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) | Only if you accept analytics cookies | To understand how the site is used and improve it |
We do not ask for or need special category data (health, ethnicity, political views and similar), and you should not include it in a process description.
We use a small number of cookies. They fall into two groups:
You can change your mind at any time:
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business. Each only receives what it needs:
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes. Some providers are based outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent standard contractual clauses.
Process submissions and related correspondence are kept for up to two years from our last contact, so we can pick up conversations that go quiet and return to them. Records relating to paid work are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your submission sooner at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, withdraw consent for analytics, and request a copy in a portable format. Email hello@flocess.io and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We keep the number of systems holding your data deliberately small, use reputable providers with their own security controls, and enable multi-factor authentication on the accounts we use. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we ask that you avoid sending highly sensitive material by email.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
